Thinking of returning your Vačica because it's too big? Wait a second!
Before you send your Vačica back, please read this. We understand that at first glance, the bag might seem huge. That is exactly how it’s designed to be. Vačica bags are meant to function like a duvet. They should hang low between the legs (comfortably down to the ankles).

How to proceed with a return?
You have the right to return goods within 30 days. We only accept unworn and unwashed items with all original tags attached.
Quick Instructions:
1. Fill out the online form provided below on this page.
2. Pack the item securely and clearly write your order number on the package.
3. Send the package via Packeta or your preferred courier.
4. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. Please use a reliable courier service to the delivery address above.
Warranty & Complaints
The warranty covers functional defects (zippers, elastic bands, snaps) and sewing defects. The standard processing time is 30 days from the moment we receive the item.
Important: Pilling is a natural characteristic of wool and is not considered a manufacturing defect. Please ensure all items sent for repair are hygienically clean and washed. Otherwise, we reserve the right to return the item without repair.
